- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
- Malfunctioning clasps, chains, or earring backs due to normal use.
- Loose or detached pearls (excluding accidental damage).
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Tarnishing, discoloration, or signs of normal wear.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Repairs or alterations made by third parties.
Warranty Coverage Periods
Within 30 Days of Purchase
- We will replace your item free of charge.
- No additional fees.
- Shipping cost is fully covered by us.
From 31 Days to 1 Year
- You are responsible for 40% of the original purchase price to receive a replacement.
- Shipping is fully covered by us.
- If the product is discontinued or unavailable, you may purchase another item of equal value at 60% off.
From 1 Year to 2 Years
- You are responsible for 50% of the original purchase price to receive a replacement.
- If the product is discontinued or unavailable, you may purchase another item of equal value at 50% off.
- Shipping is fully covered by us.
